We start with quality, clean, compliant hemp grown under a state or tribe hemp program. From there, our hemp is sent to extraction where we pull out all of the naturally-derived hempy goodness. Once we have a clean, tested, and quality distillate, we then formulate our products, ensuring that each one is well under the required 0.3% Total THC by dry weight limit.
Because our products are hemp from start to finish, and because they are under the 0.3% limit, our products are in the same legal category as any other full spectrum CBD product.
But don’t worry, we retained a legal opinion and consulted with several industry authorities. We even submitted our products to the State of Utah, and after evaluating them, the State deemed them legal to sell over the counter!
