Un-opened products

For any unopened and undamaged products, we will offer a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date*, (less any shipping costs incurred by Trek CBD)

Opened or partially used products

For any opened or partially used items, excluding empty containers, we will offer a store credit for the full value of the purchased item within 30 days of purchase date* (less any shipping costs incurred by Trek CBD)

*all returns must be started within 30 days of the original purchase as noted on the electronic or paper receipt and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
