CBN stands for cannabinol. CBN can often be found in aged cannabis, particularly cannabis that has been exposed to a lot of oxygen. Research is still in its preliminary phases, but some studies have found CBN to be effective in helping to get a better night’s sleep.
Pairing CBN with CBD can create an entourage effect, the theory is that when cannabinoids are taken in combination, they produce a better effect than when taken alone.
Melatonin is naturally produced in the brain as a way to regulate the body’s natural sleep-wake cycle. Melatonin can help ease the body into a relaxed, sleepy state.
Elderberry has been used for thousands of years to support immune function. These berries are packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that all work to defend the immune system. A study conducted in 2019 by the University of Sydney concluded that “compounds from elderberries can directly inhibit a virus’s entry into human cells and can help strengthen a person’s immune response to the virus.”
